*Home to 4 different airbnbs within the 3 acre property.

Areas exclusive to Fireløge: hot tub, private deck, and bbq area. The sauna and garden are communal.
The neighborhood is very quiet and we ask that guests respect this peace and tranquility at all times of the day. No noise policy is enforced between 10pm-8am.
Privacy is easy to attain. Please respect each others space.
All 4 bedrooms are in the basement and heated independently by thermostats to your personal preference. There are 2 large fans and no AC.
This property is located in the mountains, which is home to bears, elk, deer, skunks, wolves, insects, spiders and other creatures. It is possible to see some creatures enter the space. Please try to keep outside doors/windows and screens closed to minimize this. Bears have strong noses and are capable to break into cars and homes if food is not cleaned up and secured. Please see bear awareness/safety information online. No refund is available for inconveniences due to wildlife.
***There is little to no service once you turn off the highway into the Blaeberry. Feel free to fully disconnect from the world or connect to the wifi provided.***

I went on a trip with a group of 11 people and this was THE BEST airbnb any of us have ever been to. It looks exactly like the pictures but feels even better, the house is fully equipped with supplies to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hot tub and sauna only made our trip more comfortable and relaxing. The kitties stopping by to say hi was the cutest thing ever:)

The place is beautiful and spacious, with one of the better stocked kitchens we’ve had in an Airbnb and comfortable furniture. The wood stove made things so cozy. Having separate heating controls in each bedroom was a huge benefit as members of our group like very different sleeping temperatures! And for us, the kitty visits were just bonus.

My family and I stayed for 7 nights at the fire loge . It was amazing !! The place was immaculate and it was a beautiful location . We had a wonderful time ! Bonus was the friendly kitties that come to say hi and we got to see a family of deer . If you are looking for a great place to stay book this place you won’t be disappointed!

This property was absolutely beautiful remote, peaceful, and incredibly quiet. From the moment we arrived, we felt cozy and completely at home. The living space was my favorite, especially the swinging chair and the warm, inviting fireplace. After a full day of snowboarding, the hot tub and sauna were perfect for unwinding and spending quality time with family. We also loved ending the evening around the deck fire that was truly the highlight of our nights. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, answering any questions we had right away. I would absolutely recommend this property to families looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Grace & Lucas (and the cats) are wonderful, attentive hosts who go well beyond usual expectations to communicate useful local information & updates. We loved the Fireloge space – clean, boho-chic design combined with thoughtful layout upstairs & downstairs for both visiting and quiet time + personal touches (stocked kitchen, plants, games, books, records) that made the stay a true home away from home. Add the private hot tub, sauna and outdoor fairy lights and you’ve got the perfect, quiet Blaeberry Valley cabin getaway for our group of 5. Easy access to Golden, x-country skiing @ Dawn Mountain, downhill @ Kicking Horse. We’d love to come back. Thanks for a great time!

Long story short this is a no-brainer choice. Couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to spend our ski trip in the mountains. The living room in the FireLøge is the ultimate relaxation den. It has a wood fireplace in the center (with unlimited firewood and kindling), a big flat screen tv, a dangerously comfy couch, a swing hanging from the ceiling (that I bet you $5 you’ll fall asleep in), and a bar in the corner. The bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms are also exceptional—to the point where when you enter this place for the first time the airbnb will be filled with oohs and aahs as your friends make their way around to each room and begin to claim their beds. I’ve got to mention that the hottub on the back deck is also amazing, and you’ll likely be greeted by one or more particularly social cats looking to borrow some heat. This cabin perfectly complements the ski/mountain vacation vibe, and it very, very much impressed us—in fact it’s one of our favourite components of the trip.

My group and I had a wonderful stay and 10/10 experience at The Fireside Lōge. The space is bright, spacious, beautifully decorated and incredibly well kept. The kitchen was stocked with many cooking spices and luxurious coffee options. We loved how all of the bedrooms were downstairs and found each bedroom to be cozy and spacious. The bar was such a nice area for us to enjoy charcuterie and wine at, and the indoor wood burning fire kept us super warm. There was plenty of wood chopped and stocked and ready to use! We loved spending our days and evenings in the large hot tub and wood sauna. Bonus points if you are a cat lover as there are a few cuddly cats who will hangout on the deck with you and enjoy all the pets. This was the most relaxing getaway and the hosts were incredible to communicate with. I am looking forward to booking another stay at the blaeberry base!
