The cedar sauna is a separate building located directly east of the smaller cabin.
Feel free to roam the property, just give a little space and privacy to guests in the fireloge, cabin & the other dome.
There is little to no service in the Blaeberry once you turn off the highway into the Blaeberry. Feel free to disconnect fully OR connect to the wifi that works across the property.
There is a short 60m/200ft walk (1 minute or less) from the parking area to the geodome and about 8 stair steps on each side to get to the door.
The geodome is made out of a thick PVC plastic that will protect you from the outdoor environment.
Firewood available on site for 10$. Cash or etransfer accepted.

Spent a weekend at Grace’s place and had an exceptional experience! Grace provided very detailed instruction regarding check-in, check-out, and directions to the place. The property is super peaceful and private without being too remote. We could still get to town in 10mins if we needed anything. The place was very clean and still very warm in the cold winter weather! Looking forward to visiting again in the warmer months!

My wife and I spent two nights in this beautiful dome, and it truly amazed us. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Grace and Lucas were incredibly responsive and kind — every time I sent a message, I got a reply in less than 10 minutes.
The location is fantastic; you really feel surrounded by nature. We also visited the Northern Lights Wildlife Wolf Centre nearby, which was a great experience.
Overall, I highly recommend this place and hope to come back again for another stay.

What a dreamy place. We stayed at the LSD dome, which was surrounded by nature. The hosts were wonderful at communicating and the dome was easily accessible with the instructions provided. It was extremely cosy with lots of added comforts such as the gas fire place, equipped kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend staying here. We already can’t wait to come back 🙂

We stayed here for our anniversary trip to Banff, and it was such a memorable experience. On the first night, we heard wolves howling in the distance and the sky was filled with countless stars — it felt magical. The dome itself is small and has a few inconveniences, but that’s part of the charm. You don’t come here expecting a hotel; you come for the cozy simplicity and romantic atmosphere. The cats around the property were adorable, and the host was very responsive and kind. It was the perfect balance of comfort and wilderness — truly beautiful.

Graces place was a slice of heaven in Golden BC. We did local activities during the day and came back to the dome for restful nights with a sauna and bonfire. The cats were an added bonus as I always miss mine while traveling. We always ate in town but you would be able to stay in with groceries. The kitchenette was complete and spotless. Just an overall perfect way to spend 2 romantic days for our 35th wedding anniversary. Our favorite activity was the White Water Rafting on Kicking Horse River. #Glamping

Our stay at “The Dome” was absolutely perfect. From the soft howling of the wolves when we arrived (Northern Lights Wolf Centre) to the incredibly friendly Pablo sitting with me on the deck.
It had everything we need and we were truly into our 3rd day before we realized we didn’t have a TV. Easy drive to lakes, hikes, food, etc.
On the drive back to the airport, my wife asked if we could stay there again. 100% YES!

Myself and my wife were passing through Golden for our anniversary and decided to rent this unique little dome for 2 nights. The host was extremely helpful. messaged me several times to offer help, and make suggestions for things to do in the area. The dome was extremely clean and well prepared for us. Everything we needed was there. I didnt realize the kitchenette was fully functioning (likely due to my lack of reading), which was awesome. Talk about clamping! Grace and her partner genuinely care about this property and helping people. We 100% recommend and would stay again if we were in the area. Side note – bring a bathing suit for the sauna! This was the icing on the cake!

This was a great little space to spend a couple days near Golden, BC and Yoho National Park. It was my final stop in Western Canada and the perfect way to wrap up a week of camping to shower, refresh, and continue on my way to Montana for some more camping! Grace was a wonderful host. the open roof was neat to see the stairs. not quite like the photo but still open enough. only one downfall is we could hear the traffic as it was close to the road but was quiet at night so that was good. overall a clean, well-stocked place to step away amd enjoy some downtime.

The LSD dome was a super cool way to relax in a luxury, unique and beautifully decorated space with a nice little view of the trees. We even had a mother deer and her 2 little babies come to visit right outside the window. Amazing!
The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and were lovely.

I stayed here for one night while traveling between Yoho and Montana, and it was definitely a highlight of my trip! The dome is amazingly cozy and so peaceful. The bed is so comfortable, and I loved having the fireplace on a chilly night. The location feels remote while still being within a 10 minute drive to Golden for anything you need. Great communication with the host, and great recommendations on the local area. Definitely recommend!

Our stay in the dome was exactly what we had hoped for and more! This space is perfect to retreat from chaos and truly just take in the beauty of the mountains around you. The dome is clean and cozy with every amenity necessary to make your stay stress free. We loved having a campfire in the evenings and listening to the wolves howl then waking up make breakfast and sip our coffee as the fog disappeared revealing the stunning Mountain Views again. On our way back towards Banff for excursions it was convenient to stop and grab what we needed for the day before getting on Rt 1 and then retreat to our peaceful space away from the tourist crowds in the evening once we had had enough adventure. If you are looking for a stress free, tranquil retreat- this is the spot!

Serene, unique, and beautiful are the words that come to mind for this place. Natural light pouring through the dome windows as we enjoyed our morning coffee. Evenings curled up on the luxurious bed by the warm glow of the fireplace. It was like something out of a dream and a perfect start and end to a day spent hiking in the mountains. There were so many little thoughtful details included in our stay, like fluffy bathrobes, ornately folded towels, bear spray, a custom guide to the area, and a French press with local coffee grind, to list just a few. The added ecofriendly maintenance was straightforward and easy to manage. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The surroundings were breathtaking. And just in general, staying in a geodome was really neat!

We were met on arrival by the kitty welcoming party and kindly led to the dome by the ginger one who hung around outside to make sure we were settling in okay. What a great space to enjoy the peace and nature, only a few minutes from the convenience and amenities of Golden, but far enough away that you wouldn’t realise it. As a pair of Nordics we loved the traditional Finnish sauna. We could’ve stayed 3-4 nights just to relax and enjoy this woodland retreat. Thank you for having us.

The dome was one of the highlights of our honeymoon. Grace and Lili were amazing hosts and very responsive whenever we had questions. Being able to sit in the dome and watch the wildlife come and go in front of the mountains made this whole experience stellar! The location was removed from the main highway but close enough where you could get to any outdoors activities very easily. Bonus: the cats are very friendly and were waiting outside the dome for us to get up in the morning. We hope to come back soon and stay in the dome again!

I don’t often give five star reviews for air bnbs, but the LSD definitely stood out as a fantastic, cozy stay that I would love to return to! Grace was very responsive and flexible, and the local recommendations to nearby cafes were lovely. The dome itself was very well taken care of – I particularly enjoyed having a shower after a day of hiking and looking out at the trees and stars during the night. Highly recommend staying here for a true “glamping” experience!
