Welcome to The Blaeberry Base. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a peaceful and safe experience for all guests and to protect the unique natural environment that surrounds the property.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.

Guests must be at least 20 years of age to make a reservation and must be present for the duration of the stay.

Occupancy

Each accommodation has a maximum guest capacity, which must not be exceeded at any time. Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

Events or parties, are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are provided in your confirmation email.

  • Check-in: after designated check-in time
  • Check-out: before designated check-out time


Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

Respect for the Property

The Blaeberry Base is located in a sensitive natural environment. Guests agree to respect the property, surrounding forest, wildlife, and neighboring properties.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Charges may apply for repairs, excessive cleaning, or missing items.

Quiet Hours

To preserve the peaceful mountain setting for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Hot Tubs, Fire Features & Outdoor Amenities

Guests use all amenities, including hot tubs, fire features, and outdoor facilities, at their own risk. Guests agree to follow all posted safety guidelines.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Wildlife & Environment

The Blaeberry Valley is home to wildlife including bears, deer, and other animals. Guests agree to:

  • Store food responsibly
  • Avoid leaving garbage outdoors
  • Maintain a safe distance from wildlife


The Blaeberry Base is not responsible for wildlife encounters.

Liability

The Blaeberry Base is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and that of their party.

Access & Maintenance

We reserve the right to access the property if necessary for maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies, though we will make every effort to provide notice whenever possible.
