Because our cabins and domes are individually prepared for each stay and availability is limited, we maintain the following cancellation policy.
Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
Reservations cancelled between 14 and 29 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
If a guest chooses to depart early, unused nights are non-refundable.
If you need to modify your reservation dates, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes when availability allows. Rate differences may apply.
